Hooligan Hookah

Base and material

Charcoal plate and design

The coal plate has a motif that represents a wire fence and thus very well matches the image of the hooligan. In addition, Russian words are engraved, which means something like “I am also a hooligan”. Thus, the design in combination with the carbon plate is completely thought out and thus reflects the company philosophy of Hooligan Hookah.
